Bill 40, CD1 - Relating to the public spay and neuter fees for dogs and cats.  (Increasing the fees charged for spay and neuter services to closer reflect the cost of providing the services.)

Bill 77 - Relating to rental of lockers on Kuhio Beach.  (Establishing the rental of recreational lockers on Kuhio Beach, in addition to the surfboard lockers, under the jurisdiction of the Department of Enterprise Services and authorizing that Department to adopt rules and regulations pursuant to law for the proper rental, management, maintenance and safety of those lockers.)

On-line and fax registration forms must be received by 2 p.m. to be included in the list of registered speakers.  Persons who have not registered to testify by 2 p.m. will be given an opportunity to present oral testimony on an item following the registered speakers by raising their hand at the time additional speakers are called upon.
